Therefore, it is now proposed to delegate the operation and management to a third party 合同履约期限：本项目一次招标三年有效，合同一年一签，每年结束前采购人对成交供应商的工作进行综合考核评定，确定次年合同的签订。本次报价所涵盖的服务期限为一年:2026年5月5日至2027年5月4日。 The Contract Period: This project is tendered once for a three-year validity period, with contracts signed annually. (c)本项目的特定资格要求：1、符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定 2、未被“信用中国”、中****网（********）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单 3、本项目非专门面向中小企业采购； 4、单位负责人为同一人或者存在控股、管理关系的不同单位，不得参加同一标段投标或者未划分标段的同一招标项目投标；5、本项目不接受联合体报名。 (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1.
