This project mainly upgrades and renovates a total of 829 front-end systems, and provides complete network access, storage, switching and other supporting services according to the needs of the street's security construction. At the same time, it connects to the street's city operation platform. (For details, please refer to the procurement requirements in Chapter 3) 合同履约期限：自合同签订之日起6个月内完成系统交付（包含调试运行），服务期为项目验收通过后次日起3年。 The Contract Period: The system shall be delivered (including debugging and operation) within 6 months from the date of contract signing. Qualification Requirements for Bidder (a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）落实预留份额措施，提高中小企业在政府采购中的份额，扶持中小企业政策：本项目是专门面向小微企业采购，评审时小微企业产品均不执行价格折扣优惠； （2）扶持残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业。 (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement the reserved share measures to increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and implement the policy of supporting small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically for procurement by small and micro enterprises.
