Project Overview and Scope of Tender招标项目名称 / Name of Tendered Project：沙特阿美MGS燃气增压站三期BGCS10#站项目安装A标段焊工考试工程Saudi Aramco MGS Gas Booster Station Phase III BGCS10# Project InstallationPackage A Welder Qualification Testing Works建设地点 / Project Location：沙特阿拉伯首都利雅得以西915公里，麦迪那省，A1Mendassah小镇西北部Located in Medina Province, 915 km west of Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, and to the northwest of the A1 Mendassah town.工期 / Construction Period：2年/2 years计划开工日期 / Planned Start Date：开工时间以甲方通知为准。The commencement date shall be subject to the written notice from Party A.计划竣工日期 / Planned Completion Date：根据项目服务计划与招标方现场要求进行All work shall be carried out in accordance with the project service plan and the on-site requirements of the招标范围 / Scope of Tender：负责特阿美MGS燃气增压站三期BGCS10#站项目安装A标段焊工考试工程。包括不限于根据甲方的要求和指示，为项目提供符合国际规范****公司标准的焊工资格考试服务。提供焊工资格考试所需的所有必要工具和设备，在服务完成前，这些工具和设备应由投标方代表保管。准备并见证焊工资格考试，以及颁发证书。将测试报告提交至甲方现场办公室。收集用于测试的试件，甲方应在1个月的保存期后从乙方设施处领取。设备与人员的动员和遣散。提供所有必要的安全措施，并对由安全问题引发的任何后果负责。Responsible for the Welder Qualification Testing Works for the Saudi Aramco MGS Gas Booster Station Phase III BGCS10# Project Installation Package A. Includes but is not limited to providing welder qualification testing services for the project in accordance with the Client's requirements and instructions, ensuring compliance with international codes and Saudi Aramco standards. Supply all necessary tools and equipment required for the welder qualification tests, and such tools and equipment shall be under the custody of the Bidder's representative until the completion of the services. Prepare for and witness the welder qualification tests, and issue the corresponding certificates. Submit all test reports to the Client's site office. Collect all test coupons used for the qualification tests, and the Client shall retrieve the test coupons from the Bidder's facility after a storage period of one month. Mobilization and demobilization of equipment and personnel.
