Brief Specification Description: Upgrade and renovate the special outpatient department on the second floor and the dental department on the third floor of the new building of the North Hospital: renovate the reception hall, regional passages, special examination and treatment outpatient room, demonstration room, technician room, medical duty room, equipment room, etc. as needed. (For specific job responsibilities, please refer to the bidding workload list).
合同履约期限：本项目计划工期为90日历天。具体开工日期以招标人开具的开工令为准。

二、申请人的资格要求 2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers
(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：本项目专门面向中小微企业采购。

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3.1施工资质要求：具有住房城乡建设主管部门颁发的有效的建筑工程施工总承包三级及以上资质；
3.2具备有效的安全生产许可证；
3.3项目负责人资质要求：拟派的项目负责人具有建筑工程专业二级及以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书；
3.4未被“信用中国”网站、中国政府采购网（www.ccgp.gov.cn）、国家企业信用信息公示系统等官方渠道列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单或政府采购严重违法失信名单且无其他不符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定条件的情形。 (i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；
(i)Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the"Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
(ii)未被“信用中国”、中国政府采购网（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单；
