简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：演出剧目及演艺活动不少于18场，其中，国家级、省级院团及获得国家级奖项剧目不少于7场，国内外顶尖艺术家剧目不少于9场。观演人数突破15000人次，并做好演出的落地、宣传、服务保障工作；具体详见招标文件内采购需求。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: There shall be no less than 18 performances and artistic events, including at least 7 performances by national‑level and provincial‑level troupes or productions that have won national awards, and at least 9 performances by top domestic and international artists.
The total audience shall exceed 15,000 person‑times.
The implementation, publicity and support services for the performances shall be properly arranged.

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：促进中小企业发展、促进残疾人就业等

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3.1本项非专门面向中小企业采购；
3.2符合《上海市政府购买服务管理办法》第七、八条规定；
3.3未被列入《信用中国网站》失信被执行人名单、重大税收违法失信主体名单和“中国政府采购网”（www.ccgp.gov.cn）政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单[以查询的提交首次响应文件截止之日前3年内的信用记录为准]。
