(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（1）供应商具有通信工程施工总承包三级及以上资质：（2）具有建设主管部门颁发的安全生产许可证（非上海企业，安全生产许可证需在上海备案）。 (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) The supplier possesses a communication engineering construction general contracting qualification of level three or above.
