一、采购条件乌兹别克斯坦NUKUS2风电储能项目的电气二次设备由杭州华辰电力控****公司负责采购。现项目已具备采购条件，受杭州华辰电力控****公司（以下简称“采购人”）委托****公司(以下简称“采购机构****网络安全柜及配套设备采用竞争性谈判方式组织采购（采购编号：PC-0202-26J6-FG0128）。二、采购项目情况1. 项目名称：乌兹别克斯坦NUKUS2风电储能项目电****网络安全柜及配套设备采购项目2. 项目概况：The Beruniy project is Wind project with a rated capacity of 200 MW with Wind Turbines and BESS project with a rated capacity of 100MWh. The Beruniy 200 MW wind farm shall be connected to the Wind Farm Substation 220kv/35kV which will be connected to Switching Station and connecting it through 220kV OHL. The Beruniy 100 MWh BESS shall be connected to theBESS Substation 220kv/35kV which will be connected to Switching Station and connecting it through 220kV OH. The point of connection (PoC) for the BESS shall be at the 220 kV Karatau switching substation. The 220 kV Karatau switching station is a newly proposed substation that will be the extension to interconnect Phase I WPP and Phase II WPP to the Republic of Uzbekistan transmission grid system operated by NEGU. a. Site DescriptionThe Project site (Site) is in the Karatau mountain region in Beruniy and Qorao’zak Districts in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Republic of Uzbekistan. The BESS shall be located within the area reserved for the Phase II WPP project. This includes buffer zone as well. The proposed BESS location shall be adjacent to the new proposed interconnection ******** 采购范****网络安全柜及配套设备 1项，包含设计、制造、工厂试验、包装、保险、境内运输及其保险、交货、培训、安装、负责现场调试和试验、参加试运行和验收、质量保证等工作。4. 交货时间：合同签订后一个月内。5. 交货地点：国内指定港口。6. 质量要求：满足国家/行业相关标准和本文件技术部分要求，取较高标准验收。7. 其他要求：响应人需****网审批以及业主监理审批。
