Brief Specification Description: To coordinate with the main construction of the World Expo Water Environment Quality Improvement Project (Phase II), it is planned to organize the relocation of the water supply pipelines and other facilities that affect the main construction of the project. The maximum pipe diameter of this project is DN500.
合同履约期限：150日历天，具体开工日期以甲方开工令为准

二、申请人的资格要求 2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers
(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；
(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：本采购项目执行强制采购节能产品、环境认证产品政策、鼓励节能政策、鼓励环保政策、扶持中小企业政策、支持监狱企业发展政策、残疾人福利性单位政策、购买国货政策等的政府采购政策。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: This procurement project implements government procurement policies such as mandatory procurement of energy-saving products, environmental certification product policies, encouragement of energy-saving policies, encouragement of environmental protection policies, support for small and medium-sized enterprises policies, support for the development of prison enterprises policies, policies for welfare units for people with disabilities, and policies for purchasing domestic products.
(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（1）具备市政公用工程施工总承包三级及以上资质；
（2）拟安排项目经理须为市政公用工程二级及以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人。
（3）具备建设部门颁发的《安全生产许可证》（在有效期）；
（4）未被“信用中国”和中国政府采购网（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单；
（5）本项目不接受联合体形式。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) Having a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of municipal public works construction; (2) The proposed project manager must hold a second level or higher registered construction engineer qualification for municipal public works, possess a valid safety production assessment certificate, and not serve as the project leader for other ongoing construction projects. (3) Having a valid Safety Production License issued by the construction department; (4) Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, parties involved in major tax violations, and records of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement by "Credit China" (www.creditchina. gov.cn) and China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp. gov.cn); (5) This project does not accept consortium forms.
(i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；
(i)Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the"Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
(ii)未被“信用中国”、中国政府采购网（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单；
(ii)Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, the list of parties to major tax violation cases, or the list of records of serious illegal and dishonestacts in government procurement by "Credit China" , China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn) ;
