The main content is to build temporary sewage pipelines according to the current situation to meet regional drainage needs and ensure the safe operation of surrounding infrastructure. The total length of the newly built sewage pipeline in the project is about 143 meters, including about 68 meters of micro top pipes and about 75 meters of drag pipes. Taking into account the distribution of underground pipelines on site and adjacent road conditions, a construction process combining "micro top pipes+drag pipes" is adopted. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers (a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）落实预留份额措施，提高中小企业在政府采购中的份额，支持中小企业发展：本项目是专门面向中小企业采购，评审时，中小企业均不执行价格折扣优惠。（2）扶持监狱企业、残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业；（3）优先采购节能环保产品政策：在技术、服务等指标同等条件下，对财政部财库〔2019〕18号和财政部财库〔2019〕19号文公布的节能环保产品品目清单中的产品实行优先采购；对节能产品品目清单中以“★”标注的产品，实行强制采购。供应商须提供具有国家确定的认证机构出具的、处于有效期之内的认证证书方能享受优先采购或强制采购政策。(4）购买国货政策：本项目不接受进口产品。 (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: Please refer to the Chinese version of the announcement for details (c)本项目的特定资格要求：（3）须系我国境内依法设立的法人组织；（4###市政公用工程施工总承包三级及其以上企业资质；（5）具有安全生产许可证（有效期内）；（6）拟派项目负责###市政公用工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人；（7）业绩要求：无；（8）其他要求：无。 (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal entity established within the territory of China in accordance with the law; (4) Having the qualification of third level or above enterprise for general contracting of municipal public works construction; (5) Having a valid safety production license; (6) The proposed project leader has a registered construction engineer qualification of Level 2 or above in municipal public works, a valid safety production assessment certificate, and has not served as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects; (7) Performance requirements: none; (8) Other requirements: None.
