一、采购条件阿联酋马斯达尔光储项目的电气二次设备由杭州华辰电力控****公司负责采购。现项目已具备采购条件，受杭州华辰电力控****公司（以下简称“采购人”）委托****公司(以下简称“采购机构”)现拟对气象站采用竞争性谈判方式组织采购（采购编号：PC-0202-25J6-FG0223）。二、采购项目情况1. 项目名称：阿联酋马斯达尔光储项目电气二次设备气象站采购项目2. 项目概况：The Procurer has initiated the implementation of a large-scale hybrid project named Masdar Hybrid Project 1 which, once fully operational, will be composed of a 2,569 MWp Solar PV Plant along with battery energy storage system (“BESS”) Plant of 7,******** MWh BESS Contracted Energy Capacity. Masdar Hybrid Project 1 aims to provide 500 MW of base load power at Delivery Point. The Net Electrical Energy delivered by the Masdar Hybrid Project 1 Plant shall not exceed the grid limitation of 1,100 MW active power at the Delivery Point. The Masdar Hybrid Project 1 Plant Site is located in Abu Dhabi emirate approximately 120 kilometers south-west of the city of Abu Dhabi. Details of the Masdar Hybrid Project 1 Plant Site are depicted in Section ******** of this Appendix A1 – Attachment A (General Technical Specifications). The Masdar Hybrid Project 1 Plant will be designed as a hybrid (Solar PV and BESS) greenfield project. The Masdar Hybrid Project 1 Plant shall be equipped with 2,569 MWp solar photovoltaic (PV) arrays and 7,******** MWh BESS Contracted Energy Capacity battery energy storage system. This project is designed to harness solar energy efficiently while ensuring a stable power supply through the integration of BESS. The Masdar Hybrid Project 1 Plant Site will be directly connected to a 400kV ESF to provide 500 MW of base load power.。3. 采购范围：本项目气象站 1项，包含设计、制造、工厂试验、包装、保险、境内运输及其保险、交货、培训、安装、负责现场调试和试验、参加试运行和验收、质量保证等工作。4. 交货时间：2026年5月31日前5. 交货地点：国内指定港口6. 质量要求：满足国家/行业相关标准和本文件技术部分要求，取较高标准验收。7. 其他要求：响应人需****网审批以及业主监理审批。
