Project funding is allocated from the financial budget of Pudong New Area, subject to the actual approved budget amount. If the next year's project budget exceeds the original winning bid price, a supplementary agreement must be signed for settlement, with all supplementary agreements' procurement amounts not exceeding 10% of the original bid. (c)本项目的特定资格要求：（1）有公共交通运营资质且拥###市交通委员会颁发###市公共汽车和电###路经营权证；（2）本项目专门面向中小企业；（3）本项目不接受联合体投标。 (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) Possess public transportation operation qualifications and hold the Shanghai Public Bus and Trolleybus Passenger Transport Route Operation License issued by the Shanghai Municipal Transport Commission; (2) This project is exclusively targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises; (3) Joint bids are not accepted for this project. (i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定； (i)Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the"Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (ii)未被“信用中国”、中****网（********）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单； (ii)Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, the list of parties to major tax violation cases, or the list of records of serious illegal and dishonestacts in government procurement by "Credit China" , China Government Procurement Network (********) ;
