合同履约期限：本项目招一续一再续一，首次服务期合同暂定为 2026 年 1 月 1 日起到 2026 年 12月 31 日止，具体以合同签订日期为准。 其他要求详见招标文件。
The Contract Period: This project will be renewed one after another, and the initial service period contract is tentatively scheduled from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, subject to the date of contract signing. For other requirements, please refer to the bidding documents.

二、申请人的资格要求 2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；
(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：本项目专门面向小、微型企业采购。（残疾人福利企业、监狱企业视同为小、微企业）
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: This project is specifically aimed at small and micro enterprises for procurement. (Disabled welfare enterprises and prison enterprises are considered as small and micro enterprises)
(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3）具有市政公用工程施工总承包三级及其以上资质，或同时具有公路交通 工程（公路安全设施分项）专业承包二级及以上资质和公路交通工程（公路机电 工程分项）专业承包二级及以上资质
4、本项目专门面向小微企业；
5、本项目不接受联合体投标。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3) Having a third level or above qualification for general contracting of municipal public works construction, or possessing a second level or above qualification for professional contracting of highway traffic engineering (sub item of highway safety facilities) and a second level or above qualification for professional contracting of highway traffic engineering (sub item of highway electromechanical engineering). This project is specifically aimed at small and micro enterprises; 5. This project does not accept consortium bidding.
(i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；
(i)Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the"Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
(ii)未被“信用中国”列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单；
(ii)Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, the list of parties to major tax violation cases, or the list of records of serious illegal and dishonestacts in government procurement by "Credit China" , China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn) ;
