The specific project content, procurement scope, and specific requirements to be met shall be subject to the corresponding provisions of the negotiation documents. 合同履约期限：测量周期暂估8个月、跟踪测量周期3个月，合计11个月。 The Contract Period: The estimated measurement period is 8 months, and the tracking measurement period is 3 months, totaling 11 months. 本项目（否）接受联合体投标。 Joint Bids: (NO)Available. 二、申请人的资格要求 2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers (a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：本采购项目执行政府采购有关支持中小企业、福利企业、监狱企业等的政策规定。 (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: 本采购项目执行政府采购有关支持中小企业、福利企业、监狱企业等的政策规定。 (c)本项目的特定资格要求：1、中华人民共和国境内具有独立承担民事责任能力的法人（或法人依法设立并领取营业执照的分支机构）或非法人组织，以分支机构名义投标的，应当取得其法人针对本项目的唯一授权书，且法人与其分支机构不得同时参加同一合同项下的采购活动；2、具备工程勘察综合类乙级及以上或工程勘察专业类（工程测量）乙级及以上或国家****局颁发的乙级及以上测绘资质；3、本项目不接受联合投标。 (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Legal entities (or branches of legal entities that have been legally established and issued a business license) or unincorporated organizations within the territory of the People's Republic of China, which have the capacity to independently bear civil liability, shall obtain a unique authorization letter from their legal entity for this project when bidding in the name of their branch. Furthermore, the legal entity and its branch shall not participate in procurement activities under the same contract simultaneously;2. Possessing a comprehensive engineering survey qualification of Class B or above, or a professional engineering survey (engineering surveying) qualification of Class B or above, or a surveying and mapping qualification of Class B or above issued by the national (provincial) surveying and mapping bureau;3. This project does not accept joint bidding.
