The scope includes complete demolition, renovation, and expansion to create three Class 10,000 operating rooms, along with supporting medical corridors, secondary shoe-changing rooms, buffer rooms, instrument rooms, contaminated material passages, temporary contaminated material storage rooms, and other facilities. The eighth-floor equipment level, corresponding to the operating rooms, will have one demolition and newly constructed air-conditioning machine room. The total renovation area is 410 square meters.
