简要规则描述：上海市浦东教育发展研究院新建工程秀沿路侧入口进行渠化改造（含临时道口），并于地块北侧增设出入口。具体工作内容详见磋商文件“第六章 项目采购需求”。
工期：计划2026年3月前完成南侧秀沿路道口及渠化道施工，基地北侧规划道路处道口根据规划道路施工情况再行施工，2027年10完成道口专项验收，如果在验收截止日前北侧规划道路还未建成，需要与交警验收部门沟通南侧道口及渠化道的验收工作。
Brief Specification Description:The Shanghai Pudong Education Development Research Institute's new construction project will carry out channelization renovation (including temporary crossings) at the entrance on Xiu Yan Road and add an entrance on the north side of the plot. For specific work contents, please refer to "Chapter 6 Project Procurement Requirements" in the consultation documents. Construction period: It is planned to complete the construction of the crossing and channelized road on the south side of Xiu Yan Road before March 2026. The crossing at the planned road on the north side of the base will be constructed based on the progress of the planned road. The special acceptance of the crossing is expected to be completed by October 2027. If the planned road on the north side has not been completed by the acceptance deadline, it is necessary to communicate with the traffic police acceptance department regarding the acceptance of the crossing and channelized road on the south side.
