Based on the town area involved in collective land within the jurisdiction, the land level and land price level of collective construction land will be comprehensively updated according to the implementation of national spatial planning, land use spatial pattern, land price distribution spatial law, and combined with work needs and management orientation. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers (a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）扶持中小企业政策：本项目不是专门面向中小企业采购，评审时小型和微型企业产品享受10%的价格折扣。（2）扶持残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业； (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is not specifically aimed at purchasing from small and medium-sized enterprises. During the evaluation, small and micro enterprise products are eligible for a 10% price discount.
