Located in Zhuqiao Town, Pudong New Area, the specific boundaries of the plot are: east to G1503 Highway, south to Zhuqin Road, west to Chuannanfeng Highway, and north to Wenju Road. The total land area is ******** hectares. 合同履约期限：合同签订并且地块满足开展土壤污染状况调查的必要条件后180天内完成土壤污染状况初步调查和专家评审工作,并根据实际需要配合完成浦东新****局备案工作。如被第三方质控单位抽中检查，则工期根据实际情况顺延。 The Contract Period:After the contract is signed and the land parcel meets the necessary conditions for conducting a soil pollution survey, the preliminary soil pollution survey and expert review shall be completed within 180 days. Additionally, cooperation shall be provided to complete the filing process with the Pudong New Area Ecological Environment Bureau according to actual needs. Qualification Requirements for Bidder (a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求： 1、符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定2、未被“信用中国”、中****网（********）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单 (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:1.
