(For details and requirements, please refer to Part Three, Service Requirements). 合同履约期限：自合同签订之日起一年。 The Contract Period: One year from the date of signing the contract. 本项目（否）接受联合体投标。 Joint Bids: (NO)Available. 二、申请人的资格要求 2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder (a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）落实预留份额措施，提高中小企业在政府采购中的份额，扶持中小企业政策：本项目专门面向中小企业采购，评审时，小微企业产品均不执行价格折扣优惠；（2）扶持残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业。 (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement the reserved quota measures to increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically for procurement by small and medium-sized enterprises. During the review, the products of micro and small enterprises will not be subject to price discounts. (2) Support welfare units for the disabled and treat them as micro and small enterprises. (c)本项目的特定资格要求：1) 符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；2) 未被“信用中国”、中****网（********）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单；3) 单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同供应商，不得参加同一合同项下的政府采购活动。4) 本项目不允许转包。 (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1) The supplier must comply with Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China; 2) The supplier must not be listed as a dishonest executor, a party involved in a major tax violation case, or a party with a record of serious violations of government procurement laws on "Credit China" or the China Government Procurement Network (********); 3) Suppliers whose responsible persons are the same person or who have direct holding or management relationships are not allowed to participate in the same government procurement activity under the same contract; 4) Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
