Brief Specification Description:Elevator data collected in real time by remote monitoring devices is connected to the smart elevator platform, enabling effective monitoring of elevator operation status, dynamic supervision and remote management of elevator safety, and significantly improving the safety of elevator use and the efficiency of emergency rescue. After passing the acceptance check, a 3-year operation and maintenance service shall be provided.
合同履约期限：项目应在 2025 年 12 月底前完成安装，通过验收后需提供3年维保服务，远程监测装置服务期内应该保证设备在线率 90%以上。
The Contract Period:The project shall complete the installation by the end of December 2025. After passing the acceptance check, a 3-year maintenance service shall be provided, and the remote monitoring devices shall ensure an equipment online rate of over 90% during the service period.

二、申请人的资格要求 2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：本次采购若符合政府强制采购节能产品、鼓励环保产品、扶持福利企业、促进残疾人就业、促进中小微企业等政策，将落实相关政策。
