The service area of this project extends from Huadong Road in the east, Qinjiagang Road in the south, Huaxie Road in the west, and Jinhai Road in the north, with a total land area of approximately ******** square meters. This project plans to select a supplier through open procurement to conduct a preliminary investigation on the soil pollution status of the D1 plot in Caolu New Town. (Please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements for details). 合同履约期限：合同签订后，采购人发出进场指令并满足进场条件后30日历天提交报告成果并通过专家评审，具体实施日期以采购人通知为准，成交供应商不得以工期调整而追加费用。 The Contract Period:After the contract is signed, the purchaser shall issue an entry instruction and submit a report on the results within 30 calendar days after meeting the entry conditions, which shall be reviewed by experts.
