The scope includes local roads and public highways within the town's boundaries. 合同履约期限：各包件：本项目服务期限自26年1月1日起期限三年，采取一次招标三年沿用、分三个年度分别签订合同的方式实施 The Contract Period: For all project lots, the service term shall be three years, commencing on January 1, 2026.
