项目概况:能源智感液气解析仪是一种结合气相色谱分离能力与质谱定性分析优势的高端分析仪器，具备高效分离复杂混合物、精准鉴定化合物成分及定量分析的功能。采用电子轰击电离源（EI源）、预四极杆质量分析器及进口真空系统，具备高灵敏度、高分辨率及稳定性，支持全扫描（FULL SCAN）和选择离子扫描（SIM）模式，满足复杂样品分析需求。配套Chem Analyst色质联用工作站，可实现仪器全自动控制、数据采集与处理，并支持NIST谱库检索，快速匹配化合物结构与标准图谱，提升定性效率。高校、研究所等从事新能源、电子封装、环境科学、生命科学、材料化学等领域的实验室，支持研究生基础研究与应用技术开发

投标人应具备的资格或业绩:1）投标人或制造商（如适用）有效的营业执照
Effective business license of a bidder or manufacturer (if applicable)
2）关境内的投标人应具有独立的法人资格，且未在投标文件递交截止时间前三年内，被列入“信用中国”网站、中国政府采购网（www.ccgp.gov.cn）失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单或政府采购严重违法失信名单。Bidders within the border area shall have independent legal personality and have not been within three years before the deadline for submission of bid documents, Be included in the "Credit China" website , China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn) untrustworthy person, list of parties to major tax violations, or list of serious violations of government procurement.
3）关境外的投标人须提供有效的企业/商业登记证明材料。Overseas bidders must provide effective enterprise / business registration certificates.
4）投标人或制造商（如适用）提供企业合法注册成立的法律文件或相关证明材料。The bidder or manufacturer (if applicable) provides legal documents or relevant certification materials for the legal registration of the company.
5）投标人或制造商有固定的供货与售后服务、维修保养机构；The bidder or manufacturer has a fixed supply and after-sales service, maintenance organization
6）非投标产品制造商，必须获得产品制造商针对本次项目的唯一授权书；唯一授权指一个制造商（属于同一集团公司或有其他从属关系的为一个制造商）针对本项目只能委托一个投标人进行投标；The manufacturer of the non-bidding product must obtain the sole authorization letter from the product manufacturer for this project; the only authorization means that one manufacturer (a manufacturer belonging to the same group company or other affiliation) can only entrust one bid for this project Bidding.
7）投标截止前，投标人未在招标网完成注册的不得参加投标（www.chinabidding.com）。Before the bidding deadline, the bidder may not participate in the bidding without completing the registration in the bidding network (www.chinabidding.com)
