Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: A. 20 pure electric buses with a height of 8 meters; among them, 20 are provided by Shanghai Pudong New Area Nanhui Public Transport Co., Ltd. B. 20 sets of power battery and service packages (the battery supplier provides a comprehensive system of maintenance and spare parts replacement for an 8-year full life cycle warranty according to national and local technical standards). 合同履约期限：合同签订后的60天内完成全部车辆上牌并验收合格交付（最晚不迟于2025年10月交付）
The Contract Period: Complete all vehicle registrations within 60 days after the contract is signed, and deliver them upon successful acceptance (no later than October 2025).

二、申请人的资格要求 2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；
(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：本次招标若符合政府强制采购节能产品、鼓励环保产品、扶持福利企业、促进残疾人就业、促进中小企业发展、支持监狱和戒毒企业等政策，将落实相关政策。
