B.108套动力电池及服务包（电池供应商按国家和地方技术标准要求提供8年全生命周期质保维保及零配件更换等系统配套服务）。
（以上车辆分配为初步数量，采购人可依实际情形调整各直属公司车辆分配数量，具体详见第三部分——采购需求）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: A. 108 units of Class I pure electric buses (10 meters in height), allocated as follows: 13 units to Shanghai Pudong New Area Shangnan Public Transport Co., Ltd., 66 units to Shanghai Pudong New Area Jingao Public Transport Co., Ltd., and 29 units to Shanghai Pudong New Area Nanhui Public Transport Co., Ltd.
B. 108 sets of power batteries and service packages (the battery supplier shall provide supporting system services such as 8-year full-life-cycle quality assurance, maintenance, and spare parts replacement in accordance with national and local technical standards).(The above vehicle allocation is a preliminary quantity. The purchaser may adjust the number of vehicles allocated to each affiliated company according to actual circumstances. For details, please refer to Part III - Procurement Requirements)
合同履约期限：交付时间：合同签订后的 60 天内完成全部车辆上牌并验收合格交付（最晚不迟于 2025 年10月交付）
The Contract Period: Delivery Time：All vehicles shall be registered, inspected and accepted as qualified, and delivered within 60 days after the contract is signed (with the latest delivery date no later than October 2025).

二、申请人的资格要求 2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；
(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：本次招标若符合政府强制采购节能产品、鼓励环保产品、扶持福利企业、促进残疾人就业、促进中小企业发展、支持监狱和戒毒企业等政策，将落实相关政策。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: If this tender complies with government policies such as mandatory procurement of energy-saving products, encouragement of environmental protection products, support for welfare enterprises, promotion of employment for persons with disabilities, promotion of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, and support for prison and drug rehabilitation enterprises, the relevant policies shall be implemented.
(c)本项目的特定资格要求：本项目面向大、中、小、微型企业，事业单位、社会组织等各类供应商采购
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: This project procures from various types of suppliers, including large, medium, small, and micro-sized enterprises, public institutions, and social organizations.
(i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；
(i)Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the"Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
(ii)未被“信用中国”、中国政府采购网（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单；
(ii)Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, the list of parties to major tax violation cases, or the list of records of serious illegal and dishonestacts in government procurement by "Credit China" , China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn) ;
