The scanned copy of the original shall be provided during bidding (the original copy for reference);The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.B. 投标人应为本次投标所投产品的制造商；如投标人为制造商同一集团负责销售投标所投产品的全资子公司、控股子公司（投标人应提供制造商或其上级公司证明上述事项的证明文件），则视投标人为制造商。 投标产品由制造商不同工厂生产且使用相同品牌时，予以接受。The bidder shall be the manufacturer of the bidding products.If the bidder is a wholly-owned subsidiary or holding subsidiary of the same group as the manufacturer responsible for sales of the bidding products, the bidder shall provide relevant evidence documents from the manufacturer or its superior company to prove the above matters, and in such case the bidder shall be deemed as the manufacturer. Bid without the bidding documents：NOT Allowed（2）资质要求Qualification RequirementA.投标产品制造商提供的熔体压力变送器及接线盒须符合相应的防爆标准，并取得防爆检验机构的相应防爆等级的《防爆合格证》，防爆等级为Ex db ⅡC T4 Gb/Ex ia ⅡC T4 Ga，《防爆合格证》应由NEPSI、CQST、PCEC、IECEx、ATEX之一或国家认可的其他防爆认证机构出具。A.The melt pressure transmitters and junction boxes provided by the bidder manufacturer must comply with applicable explosion-proof standards and obtain the Explosion-Proof Certification? corresponding to the specified protection level. The certification must cover the explosion-proof rating of Ex db IIC T4 Gb/Ex ia IIC T4 Ga and be issued by one of the following entities: NEPSI, CQST, PCEC, IECEx, ATEX?, or other nationally recognized explosion-proof certification bodies.. B.投标人提供的熔体压力变送器及其附件必须均取得相应的国家权威机构的功能安全认证，等级不应低于SIL2。SIL证书应由TUV、Exida、BV、北京仪综所（ITEI）和上海自动化所（SITIIAS）之一的认证机构出具。B.The bidder-provided melt pressure transmitters and accessories must all obtain corresponding functional safety certification from nationally authoritative institutions, with a certification level no lower than SIL2. The SIL certificates shall be issued by one of the following certification bodies: TüV, Exida, BV, Beijing Institute of Instrumentation (ITEI), or Shanghai Automation Instrumentation Institute (SITIIAS). （3）业绩要求Requirement for Bidder's reference:2015年1月1日至投标截至日（以合同签署时间为准），投标产品制造商在中国境内有至少1个合同的应用于聚碳酸酯装置的熔融体压力变送器供货业绩，且单个合同供货数量不少于30台。同一集团全球范围内不同制造商（即同一集团旗下的全资子公司或控股子公司或制造工厂）制造的所投产品的业绩，视为投标人所投产品的制造商的业绩；投标人应提供说明函，说明本次所投产品的制造商与满足上述业绩要求的产品制造商属于同一集团。From January 1st, 2015 to the deadline for submission of the bid (subject to the signing time of the contract), the manufacturer of the bid Melt Pressure Transmitter shall have at least one supply contracts performance of Melt Pressure Transmitter for PC Unit within P.R.China, and a single contract involved supplying no fewer than 30 Melt Pressure Transmitters.The performance of the products submitted by different manufacturers within the same group (i.e., wholly-owned subsidiaries, holding subsidiaries or manufacturing plants under the same group) is regarded as the performance of the manufacturer of the products submitted by the bidder; the bidder should provide an explanatory letter to state that the manufacturer of the products submitted in this bid and the manufacturer of the products meeting the above performance requirements belong to the same group.投标人须按规定格式提交业绩表，并提交相关业绩证明文件。业绩证明文件包括：1）销售合同和2）用户签字或盖章的到货验收材料（到货验收单或调试验收报告或其他可以证明合同项下货物已经到货验收的有效证明材料）。投标人所提交的业绩证明文件必须至少体现以下内容：合同签署时间、合同签署页（国内贸易合同应有双方盖章，国际贸易合同应有双方签字或盖章）、制造商名称、装置名称、货物名称、供货数量。 若业绩合同为年度协议，除提供年度协议外，还应提供相应的已到货订单，订单内容或编号应与年度协议相关联。同一个年度协议下提供1个或以上的订单及与订单对应的到货验收材料均算为1个有效业绩。The bidder shall submit the performance record form in the prescribed format along with relevant supporting documents, which must include:sales contracts and delivery acceptance materials signed or sealed by the end-user (such as delivery acceptance forms, commissioning acceptance reports, or other valid documentation proving goods acceptance under the contract);all submitted proof documents must contain at minimum:the contract signing date, executed signature pages (with both parties' official seals for domestic contracts, or signatures/seals for international contracts), manufacturer's name, plant/installation name, description of supplied goods, and supplied quantity. If the performance contract is an annual agreement, in addition to providing the annual agreement, corresponding received orders should also be provided, and the order content or number should be associated with the annual agreement. Providing one or more orders and corresponding acceptance evidence under the same annual agreement is considered as one valid performance.未提交业绩证明文件，或通过所提供的业绩证明文件无法认定满足上述业绩要求的，均视为无效业绩。 If no documentary evidence furnished, or documentary evidence furnished can not demonstrate the above performance requirements, the relevant reference will be deemed invalid.
