简要规则描述：为持续落实河道长效管理，做到养护全覆盖，现拟对49条专用水体及27条小微水体按照新区养护标准持续进行专业规范化的综合养护。综合养护范围主要包括：巡视检查、堤防护岸、防汛通道、绿化、护栏、标牌标识等附属设施维护、水域和陆域保洁、水质跟踪分析、防汛防台、违章事件报告、信访和应急处置等
Brief Specification Description: To continuously implement the long-term management of rivers and achieve full coverage of maintenance, it is now planned to carry out professional and standardized comprehensive maintenance on 49 special water bodies and 27 small & micro water bodies in accordance with the maintenance standards of the New Area. The scope of comprehensive maintenance mainly includes: patrol inspection; maintenance of auxiliary facilities such as dikes and revetments, flood control channels, greening, guardrails, signs and logos; cleaning of water areas and land areas; tracking and analysis of water quality; flood and typhoon prevention; reporting of illegal incidents; handling of letters and visits; and emergency response, etc.
