It must be a legal entity or an unincorporated organization established within the territory of China in accordance with the law (this project does not accept branch companies participating in procurement activities in their own name); 4. Have a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of construction projects; 5. Possess a valid safety production license; 6. The proposed project leader shall have a registered construction engineer qualification of Level 2 or above in the field of construction engineering, a valid safety production assessment certificate, and shall not serve as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects; 7. Performance requirements: None; 8. Other requirements: None.
