Brief Specification Description:The compliance renovation of the industrial zone comprehensive public transport hub mainly includes the following engineering contents: decoration of management rooms, decoration of station halls, water supply and drainage works, weak current engineering, signs and marking lines, etc. (For specific details, please refer to the drawings and bill of quantities). The specific project contents, procurement scope, and the specific requirements to be met shall be subject to the corresponding provisions of the consultation documents.
合同履约期限：90日历天，具体开工日期以采购人开工令为准。
The Contract Period:90 calendar days, and the specific commencement date shall be subject to the Employer's commencement order.

二、申请人的资格要求 2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers
(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；
(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：本采购项目执行政府采购有关鼓励支持节能产品、环境认证产品以及支持中小企业、福利企业等的政策规定。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:This procurement project implements the policy provisions of government procurement that encourage and support energy-saving products, environmentally certified products, as well as support for small and medium-sized enterprises, welfare enterprises, etc.
(c)本项目的特定资格要求：1）供应商必须是中国境内注册的独立法人、其他组织；
2）具有良好的商业信誉和健全的财务会计制度、有依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录、参加政府采购活动前三年内，在经营活动中没有重大违法记录；
3）响应人须具有具备建筑工程施工总承包三级及其以上资质，同时具备有效的安全生产许可证；
4）项目负责人资格：项目负责人必为投标人本单位的工作人员，持有中华人民共和国住房和城乡建设部颁发的中华人民共和国二级及以上建造师执业资格证书，注册专业须为建筑工程；以上项目负责人以###市住房和城乡建设****网站上查询为准，在册且无在建项目记录（同一工程相邻分段发包或分期施工的除外，拟派项目经理在招标投标文件递交时不得调整，不得有在建项目。响应文件中需提交递交截止日前3个工作日内打印的注册建造师《投标项目负责人基本情况表》（通###市###市场信息服务平台https：//********/查询、截图）。
5）本项目不允许转包；
6）本项目不允许联合体响应。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:Suppliers must be independent legal persons/organizations registered in China;
Have good credit, sound financial systems, tax/social security payment records, and no major violations in the past 3 years;
Hold Grade 3+ general contracting qualification for construction engineering and valid Safety Production License;
Project leader must be bidder's employee, holding Class II+ constructor license (construction engineering), verified on Shanghai Municipal Commission's website with no ongoing projects (except phased construction of the same project). Response documents must include the leader's basic info form printed within 3 working days before deadline (via https://********/);
No subcontracting;
No joint bids.
