2.1项目概况：新加坡巴西立EC公寓包括16栋11层和12层住宅，带屋顶露台（共748个单元），带1个地下停车场、游泳池、网球场和公共设施，位于乐洋（巴西立规划区）。
2.1Project Brief:PROPOSED EXECUTIVE CONDOMINIUM DEVELOPMENT COMPRISING 16 BLOCKS OF 11 & 12-STOREY RESIDENTIAL WITH ROOF TERRACE (TOTAL 748 UNITS) WITH 1 BASEMENT CARPARKS, SWIMMING POOL, TENNIS COURT AND COMMUNAL FACILITIES AT JALAN LOYANG BESAR(PASIR RIS PLANNING AREA)
2.2招标内容：成品钢筋笼478.48吨、热轧带肋螺纹钢1545.8吨和定制螺纹钢6168.2吨（具体数量查看附件）。
2.2Tender Contents:478.48 tons of finished rebar cages, 1545.8 tons of hot-rolled ribbed steel, and 6168.2 tons of custom rebar(Refer Attachment for Actual Quantity).
3.投标人资格要求
3.Qualification forTenderer
3.1你单位不可以组成联合体投标。
3.2 Your companymay notform a consortium to tender.
3.3 每个投标人最多可对1个包件投标，且最多允许中1个包件。
3.3Each tenderer may tender for a maximum of 1packages, and a maximum of 1 packages will be successful.
3.4单位负责人为同一人或者存在控股、管理关系的不同单位，不得参加同一包件投标，否则，相关投标均被否决。
3.4Tenderers with the same person in charge or being different units with the same ownership/management shall not participate in the tender for the same package; otherwise, the relevant tendering will be rejected.
3.5只允许制造商及其代理商中的一家单位参加某个包件的投标，否则，相关投标均被否决。
3.5Only one of the manufacturers and its agent is allowed to participate in the tendering of a package.Otherwise, any relevant offer will be rejected.
