This area carries a huge volume of non-motorized vehicle traffic every day. The environmentally friendly material flooring required by the original new district within the site cannot meet the actual needs, resulting in multiple damaged and potholes. Complaints from the hotline have been continuous. To meet the usage needs of citizens and eliminate potential safety hazards, it is proposed to renovate this area. The main contents include demolition works, paving works, drainage ditches and greening works. For specific quantities and requirements, please refer to the bill of quantities/drawings. 合同履约期限：本项目施工工期60日历天，计划开工日期：2025年7月10日（暂定，具体开工日期以采购人通知为准） The Contract Period: The construction period of this project is 60 calendar days. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers (a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）落实预留份额措施，提高中小企业在政府采购中的份额，支持中小企业发展：本项目专门面向中小企业采购，评审时，小微企业产品均不执行价格扣除优惠。（2）扶持监狱企业、残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业；（3）优先采购节能环保产品政策：在技术、服务等指标同等条件下，对财政部财库〔2019〕18号和财政部财库〔2019〕19号文公布的节能环保产品品目清单中的产品实行优先采购；对节能产品品目清单中以“★”标注的产品，实行强制采购。供应商须提供具有国家确定的认证机构出具的、处于有效期之内的认证证书方能享受优先采购或强制采购政策。(4）购买国货政策：本项目（是/■否）接受进口产品。 (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement the reserved share measure to increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement and support their development: This project is specifically targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises for procurement. During the review process, products from micro and small enterprises will not be subject to price deduction benefits. (2) Support prison enterprises and welfare units for the disabled, and treat them as small and micro enterprises; (For details, please refer to the procurement documents) (c)本项目的特定资格要求：1、未被“信用中国”、中****网（********）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法失信主体、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单；2、须系我国境内依法设立的法人组织；3###市政公用工程施工总承包三级及其以上资质；4、具有安全生产许可证（有效期内）；5、拟派项目负责###市政公用工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人；6、业绩要求：无；7、其他要求：无。 (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Not included in the list of dishonesty executors, major tax violation dishonest entities, or serious illegal and dishonest behaviors in government procurement on Credit China and China Government Procurement Network (********); 2. It must be a legal person organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China. 3. Possess a Grade 3 or above general contracting qualification for municipal public works construction; 4. Possess a valid work safety license; 5. The proposed project leader should hold a second-level or higher registered constructor professional qualification in municipal public works, possess a valid certificate of qualification for safety production assessment, and not concurrently serve as the project leader of any other ongoing construction project. 6. Performance requirements: None; 7. Other requirements: None.
