The main tasks include assisting in financial investment promotion, assisting in financial services for the local economy, assisting in enterprise listing services, assisting in financial risk prevention, and managing the financial information system, etc. (For details, please refer to Chapter Three of the Procurement Requirements Document.) 合同履约期限：2025 年01 月01 日至 2025 年 12 月 31 日。根据本项目服务工作不能中断的实际情况，经采购人决定在本次采购工作完成前由原服务单位继续履行服务（详见招标文件） The Contract Period: From January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. Qualification Requirements for Bidder (a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）扶持中小企业政策：本项目不是专门面向中小企业采购，评审时小型和微型企业产品享受10%的价格折扣；（2）残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业。 (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Policies for supporting small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is not specifically targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises for procurement. During the review process, products from small and micro enterprises enjoy a 10% price discount. (2) Welfare units for the disabled and treating them as small and micro enterprises. (c)本项目的特定资格要求：1、未被“信用中国”、中****网（********）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法失信主体、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单；2、须系我国境内依法设立的法人或非法人组织；3、本项目不允许转包。 (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Not included in the list of dishonesty executors, major tax violation dishonest entities, or serious illegal and dishonest behaviors in government procurement on Credit China and China Government Procurement Network (********); 2. It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China. 3. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
