The service types include the review of environmental impact assessment reports, the review of environmental impact assessment forms, the review of analysis reports on the impact of building glass curtain wall light reflection, and the verification of commitments made in the environmental impact assessment forms. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers (a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：1、满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；2、近三年未被列入“****网站失信被执行人名单、重大税收违法案件当事人名单和中****网(********)政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单的供应商； (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: 1. Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China; 2. Suppliers who have not been included in the "Credit China" website (******** ********) list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, the list of parties involved in major tax violations, and the China Government Procurement Network (******** ********) list of records of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement in the past three years; (c)本项目的特定资格要求：（1）具有独立承担民事责任的能力及相应的履约能力；（2）单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同供应商，不得参加同一合同项下的政府采购活动；为采购项目提供整体设计、规范编制或者项目管理、监理、检测等服务的供应商，不得再参加该采购项目的其他采购活动；（3）本次采购不接受联合体响应，不允许合同转让与分包；（4）本项目仅面向中小企业采购。 (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) Capable of independently assuming civil liability and corresponding contractual capacity; (2) The same person in charge of the unit or different suppliers with direct controlling or management relationships shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract; Suppliers who provide overall design, specification preparation, project management, supervision, testing and other services for procurement projects shall not participate in other procurement activities of the procurement project; (3) This procurement does not accept consortium responses and does not allow contract transfer or subcontracting; (4) This project is only for procurement by small and medium-sized enterprises.
