This project mainly conducts on-site quality sampling of dust online monitoring equipment such as construction sites, concrete mixing plants, dry bulk terminal yards, roads, etc., and implements on-site inspections on the data anomalies found in the daily supervision of the dust online system. It mainly includes three parts: (1) 27 sets of dust online monitoring facilities are in operation within the scope of Pudong New Area; (2) On-site inspection of 120 abnormal operation sites of the operating dust online system in Pudong New Area; (3) Carry out the operation effectiveness inspection of 20 sets of dust equipment in the form of fast screening comparison and monitoring. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements) 合同履约期限：自合同签订起至2025年12月31日（如受不可抗力影响，若本项目完成时间晚于2025年12月31日，供应商应完成全部约定工作，并通过采购人的项目验收。如符合项目采购要求，采购人应于下一年度，在供应商提交全部报告并提出验收申请之后，1个月内完成验收）。 The Contract Period: from the signing of the contract to December 31, 2025 (if affected by force majeure, if the completion time of the project is later than December 31, 2025, the supplier shall complete all the agreed work and pass the project acceptance of the purchaser.)
