(For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements). 合同履约期限：本项目采购预算所涵盖的服务期限为2025年04月03日起至2026年04月02日。本次采购工作完成前由原服务单位继续履行服务，在此期间所产生的相关费用，待项目采购完成后由成交供应商按成交价折算支付给原服务单位，费用按成交总价/365*原单位服务天数计算。 The Contract Period: The service period covered by the procurement budget of this project is from ******** to ********Day. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers (a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）扶持中小企业政策：本项目不是专门面向中小企业采购，评审时小型和微型企业产品享受10%的价格折扣。（2）扶持残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业； (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Policies to support small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is not specially for small and medium-sized enterprises to procure, and small and micro enterprise products enjoy a 10% price discount during the review.
