The project has implemented relevant procedures according to rules, regulations, and laws as well as the capital has been confirmed. Now we hereby invite your esteemed company to participate in this bid. The tenderee is China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Company Ltd (EPC) for New Nassiriya Depot Project, IraqDepartment.
二、项目概况与招标范围 Project Overview and Tendering Scope
********项目概况：伊拉****公司（State Company for Oil Project）计划在纳西里耶投资新建一个400万桶原油的罐区，用于接收Ahdeb、Badra、Gharaf、Nassiriya和Abu Amood油田的原油，项目一期计划建设252万桶库容量（7个********m³浮顶储罐），项目二期计划建设126万桶库容量（3个********m³浮顶储罐）。CPP作为该项目一期阶段的EPC总承包商，负责7个********m³原油储罐、2个******** m³的原油泄压储罐，2个******** m³水储罐建设，以及储罐区配套的泵站、计量、取水、发电、通信、工艺管线、消防等系统设计、采办、施工、试运工作。
Iraq's State Company for Oil Project plans to invest in a new 4 million barrel tank farm in Nasiriyah to receive crude from the Ahdeb, Badra, Gharaf, Nassiriya and Abu Amood fields. The first phase of the project plans to build ******** million barrels of storage capacity (7 66,000m ³ floating roof storage tanks), and the second phase of the project plans to build ******** million barrels of storage capacity (3 66,000 m³ floating roof storage tanks). As the EPC general contractor of the first phase of the project, CPP is responsible for the construction of 7 66,000m ³ crude oil storage tanks, 2 23,000 m³ crude oil pressure relief tanks, 2 10,000 m³ water storage tanks, as well as the design, acquisition, construction and trial operation of pumping stations, metering, water intake, power generation, communication, process pipelines, fire fighting and other systems supporting the storage tank area.

2, The technical documents for Local Control Center for Light Crude Main Pumps and Steel Shed for Gas turbine and Main Pump have not yet been approved. The final supply will be carried out in accordance with the approved technical documents.

最短交货期，但最晚交货时间不得晚于订单下达后28周内伊拉克乌姆卡萨港交货，超过一周按投标价格的1%计入“价格调整”，不足一周按一周计算；超过6周，将被否决。
The Tender should provide its shortest delivery ******** UMM QASR Port Iraq within 28 weeks after ******** If the delivery period negative deviation exceeds 6 weeks, the bid will be rejected. If no more than 6 weeks, the price should be corrected by 1% per week.
