This includes 7 Haishen villages, 2 Huidong villages, 6 Lulou villages, 1 Lulu village, 5 Minle villages, 2 Tanglu villages, 9 Ximen villages, 22 Hero villages, 13 Yongle villages, 7 Far East villages, and 6 Changjiang villages, totaling 80 villages. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers (a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：鼓励节能政策、鼓励环保政策、扶持中小企业政策、支持监狱企业发展政策、残疾人福利性单位政策、购买国货等政府采购政策。 (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: Encourage energy-saving policies, environmental protection policies, support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises, support policies for the development of prison enterprises, policies for welfare units for people with disabilities, and government procurement policies for purchasing domestic products. (c)本项目的特定资格要求：(1)本****网上响应，供应商必须获###市电子签名认证证书（CA认证证书）；(2)具有有效的营业执照或相关证件；(3)交通###路工程综合甲级检测机构资质或交通###路工程桥梁隧道工程检测机构专项资质；(4)具有省级及以上质量技术监督部门颁发的检验检测机构资质认定证书（CMA）；(5)具有承接本项目的人员、设备及其他条件；(6)具有良好的商业信誉和健全的财务会计制度；(7)有依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录；(8)供应商在近三年内无违法犯罪记录； (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) This negotiation requires an online response, and the supplier must obtain the Shanghai Electronic Signature Certification Certificate (CA Certification Certificate); (2) Having a valid business license or relevant documents; (3) Qualification of Comprehensive Grade A Testing Institution for Highway Engineering of the Ministry of Transport or Special Qualification of Testing Institution for Bridge and Tunnel Engineering of Highway Engineering of the Ministry of Transport; (4) Having a Certificate of Qualification for Inspection and Testing Institutions (CMA) issued by a provincial-level or above quality and technical supervision department; (5) Having the personnel, equipment, and other conditions to undertake this project; (6) Having a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system; (7) Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law; (8) The supplier has no criminal record in the past three years; (i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定； (i)Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the"Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (ii)未被“信用中国”、中****网（********）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单； (ii)Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, the list of parties to major tax violation cases, or the list of records of serious illegal and dishonestacts in government procurement by "Credit China" , China Government Procurement Network (********) ;
