Meeting rooms 510 and 710 of Shanghai Pudong Office Center are important meeting venues, and the stable operation of their internal conference system equipment is very important for the smooth development of various meetings. In order to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the entire conference system, the project intends to select a qualified supplier to provide comprehensive operation and maintenance services for the high-definition video conference system and local equipment in the conference room through an open way. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements). 合同履约期限：本项目预算金额所涵盖的服务期限为2025年01月01日至2025年12月31日。本次采购工作完成前由原服务商继续履行服务，如本次成交供应商非原服务商，则新成交供应商按照成交价折算支付给原服务单位相应的服务费用，费用按成交总价/365*原单位服务天数计算。 The Contract Period: The period of service covered by the budget amount of this project is from ******** to ******** If the supplier of this transaction is not the original service provider, the new supplier will pay the corresponding service fee to the original service unit according to the transaction price, and the fee will be calculated according to the total transaction price/365 * service days of the original unit. 本项目（否）接受联合体投标。 Joint Bids: (NO)Available. 二、申请人的资格要求 2.
