The Company’s registered address is at ******** Ming'an Road, Caopu Sub-district Anning County-level City, Kunming City,Yunnan Province, China, actual office and refinery address is at East Suburb ofKunming City, Yunnan Province. The Company is regarded as one of the top 10enterprises contributing to the output value of industrial enterprises inKunming City, “Top100 Enterprise in Kunming City”. The Company has been awarded “Kunming Well known Trademark”, “YunnanProvince Famous Trademark” and “Famous-brandProduct”. “Dianjin” brand gold bars are gooddelivery at both of Shanghai Gold Exchange and Shanghai Futures Exchange. TheCompany’s mainproducts are National Standard No. 1 and 2 gold bars and investment gold ******** is equipped with a high-temperature and high-pressure cyanide-freedesorption gold-loaded carbon process, wet method gold refining process,high-current silver electrolysis process and high-efficiency automatic ingotcasting process and takes the lead in the field of gold and silver purificationand refining in China. The electrolytic device and high gold&silver loadedgold carbon segmented desorption electro deposition method are the first in thecountry.

The company's mainraw material sources are divided into Shanghai Gold Exchange, self producedgold from major mines within the group, and gold alloy (mine gold and recycledgold) purchased from external enterprises. A supply chain map is created totrace the raw materials. After investigation and evaluation of the raw materialsuppliers, our company's raw material sources do not involve zero tolerancerisk, high risk, or sourced from world heritage sites.
