In order to provide emergency maintenance services for common parts of old communities with insufficient property services, emergency backup maintenance for newly abandoned communities, handling of work orders related to residential community maintenance hotlines, and reinforcement for typhoon and flood prevention, technical and timely emergency maintenance services are needed. The purchaser has decided to entrust a qualified supplier to undertake this project through competitive negotiation.
