Qualification Requirements for Bidder (a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：1）强制采购节能产品政策：强制采购在国家公布的节能清单中以“★”标注的品目。2）鼓励节能政策：在技术、服务等指标同等条件下，优先采购属于国家公布的节能清单中产品。3）鼓励环保政策：在性能、技术、服务等指标同等条件下，优先采购国家公布的环保产品清单中的产品。4）本项目不接受进口产品。 (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: 1) Mandatory procurement policy for energy-saving products: Mandatory procurement of items marked with "★" in the energy-saving list published by the state. 2) Encourage energy-saving policies: Under the same conditions of technology, service and other indicators, priority should be given to purchasing products that belong to the energy-saving list announced by the state. 3) Encourage environmental protection policies: prioritize the procurement of products listed in the national environmental protection product list under equal performance, technology, service and other indicators. 4) This project does not accept imported products.
