Regularly organize committee members to evaluate and guide the intelligent networking related work in Lingang New Area. Conduct no less than 2 expert committee activities around intelligent networking throughout the year, deeply explore industry technology, policy orientation and other topics, consult and discuss the development trend of the intelligent networking industry in the new area with industry experts, and provide practical and feasible technical development and industrial policy suggestions for the development of intelligent networking in the new area. (2) Lingang New Area Intelligent Network Connection Special Salon Operation Service. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers (a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）落实预留份额措施，提高中小企业在政府采购中的份额，扶持中小企业政策：本项目是专门面向小微企业采购，评审时小微企业均不执行价格折扣优惠。（2）扶持残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业； (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement measures to reserve quotas, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically aimed at small and micro enterprises for procurement, and during the evaluation process, small and micro enterprises will not be eligible for price discounts. (2) Support welfare units for people with disabilities and treat them as small and micro enterprises; (c)本项目的特定资格要求：3、须系我国境内依法设立的法人或非法人组织（本项****公司以自己名义参加采购活动）；4、本次采购不接受联合体响应，不允许合同转让与分包。 (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3. It must be a legal entity or an unincorporated organization established within the territory of China in accordance with the law (this project does not accept branch companies participating in procurement activities in their own name); 4. This procurement does not accept consortium responses and does not allow contract transfer or subcontracting.
