For specific requirements, please refer to Chapter 5 of the bidding documents. 合同履约期限：签订合同后90天内到货。 The Contract Period:The delivery shall be made within 90 days after signing the contract. 本项目（否）接受联合体投标。 Joint Bids: (NO)Available. 二、申请人的资格要求 2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder (a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：本采购项目执行政府采购有关鼓励支持节能产品、环境认证产品以及支持中小企业、残疾人福利性单位等的政策功能。 (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:This procurement project implements the policy functions of government procurement related to encouraging and supporting energy-saving products, environmental certification products, as well as supporting small and medium-sized enterprises and welfare units for the disabled. (c)本项目的特定资格要求：3.本项目面向所有企业采购，对小型和微型企业投标人产品的价格给予10%的扣除，用扣除后的价格参与评审；4.为采购项目提供整体设计、规范编制或者项目管理、监理、检测等服务的潜在投标人，不得参加本项目的采购活动；5.单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同供应商，不得参加同一合同项下的政府采购活动；6.投标单位须具有良好的售后服务体系，能提供良好的技术支持；7.投标单位须具相应资格（资质）证明材料；8.本项目不接受联合体投标。 (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(iii)This project is open to procurement from all enterprises, and a 10% deduction will be applied to the prices of products offered by small and micro enterprise bidders. The deducted prices will be used for evaluation.(iv)Potential bidders who provide overall design, specification development, or services suchas project management, supervision, and testing for the procurement project are not eligible to participate in the procurement activities of this project.(v)Suppliers whose unit leaders are the same person or who have direct holding or management relationships shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract.(vi)Bidders must have a good after-sales service system and be able to provide excellent technical support.(vii)Bidders must provide corresponding qualification (certification) materials.(viii)This project does not accept bids from consortia.
