投标人应具备的资格或业绩:(1)自2014年1月1日起至投标截止日（以合同签订时间为准），投标人应具有至少2个直燃式热介质锅炉合同（功率≥5000kW，卧式安装）的供货业绩，并提交相关业绩证明文件。(2)投标人须按规定格式提交业绩表，并提交相关业绩证明文件。业绩证明文件至少包括：1）销售合同复印件（内容至少包括：合同首页、签字盖章页、合同签署时间、货物名称、功率、卧式安装、供货数量）；2）双方签字或盖章的到货验收材料（交货验收单或调试验收报告或相应使用方出具的有效证明文件）。(3)未提交业绩证明文件，或所提供的业绩证明文件无法满足上述要求的，均视为无效业绩。Requirements for Qualification and reference of Bidder:(1)From January 1, 2014 to the day for bid submission (subject to the signing date of the contract), the bidder shall have at least 2 supply performance of direct-fired heat medium boiler contracts (output power≥5000KW.horizontal installed), and relevant performance certificates shall be submitted.(2)The bidder shall submit the performance statement in the performance certification documents.Performance certification documents shall at least include:1) Copy of sales contract(the contents at least include:the first page of the contract,the signature and seal page,the signing time of the contract,the name of the goods,the power,the horizontal installation and the supply quantity); 2) Arrival acceptance materials signed or sealed by both parties(delivery acceptance sheet or commissioning acceptance report or valid certification documents issued by the user).(3)Failure to provide the above documents or failing to meet the above requirements shall be deemed as invalid performance.资格要求A．如果投标人为境内注册公司，投标人需提供合法有效的企业法人营业执照、税务登记证及组织机构代码证或证照合一的营业执照；如果投标人为境外注册公司，需提供有效的公司登记注册证明；窗体顶端窗体底端A．The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license;The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.B.制造商应通过ISO9001（或GB/T19001）质量体系认证。投标人须提供制造商有效的质量体系认证证书；B. When bidding,a scanned copy of the original certificate( for future reference) shall be provided,which can be verified on the https://cnse.e-cqs.cn/info-pub/pub.(2)The manufacturer promises to obtain the boiler manufacturing supervision and inspection license,and provide the inspection certificate upon delivery.
