Qualification and Achievement requirements for the bidder.
投标人须提供以下文件
The following documents must be provided.
（1）投标人须按招标文件第一册第四章格式IV-9.资格证明文件格式的要求填写和提交有关资料；
All Bidders are requested to fill in according to the requirements of Format IV-9 in Section IV and provide relevant information；
（2）投标人必须是制造商或制造商直接授权的代理商或贸易商；
Bidder must be the Manufacturer itself or directly authorized Agent or Trader；
（3）如为代理商投标，须提供制造商对本次投标出具的唯一正式授权书。如为贸易商投标需提供营业执照、化工产品经营资质等，以及货物已入境的完税证明。
If as an Agent，The bidder should provide a letter with original sole official authorized by Manufacturer for the bid；If as an trader, the bidder should provide copies of valid business license and Chemical Business Permit and Tax payment certificate for goods that have entered China。
（4）2021年1月1日至投标截止日，投标人须提供相似产品至少一个的销售业绩，并提供相应证明其销售业绩的合同或订单复印件（可隐去价格），并由投标人代表签字或盖章。；
The bidder shall have at least one sales performance for similar products from January 1st, 2021 to the bid opening date. Copies of the contract / purchase order evidencing its sales performance should be provided and signed or sealed by the Bidder;
（5）投标人须提供开户银行在开标之日前三个月内开具的资信证明原件或该原件的复印件（由投标人代表签字或盖章）。
The Bidder shall provide the original or copy of the credit certificate issued by the bidder's Bank of deposit within three months before the bid opening date (The signature or sealing by the respective of bidders is needed)；
（6）第八章中要求的其他合格的资格证书。
