投标人应具备的资格或业绩:（1）投标人或投标联合体的一方须具备12英寸28纳米集成电路制造企业GDS相关设备定位、安装、测试以及特气相关管道施工、焊接、安装实际经验。One of the party of the tender must have GDS related equipment positioning, installation, measurement and special gas pipeline construction, welding, installation experience of 12 inches 28 nm of integrated circuit manufacturing enterprises.
