项目概况:本项目工作范围是从洁净室的各主系统Take off阀（点）到洁净室工艺机台接点（Point of User，简称POU）之间。投标方须根据机台的EFRT（Equipment Facility Requirement Table设备动力需求表）、接头衔接图、现场踏勘对整个洁净室相关设备连接配线进行设计和规划并按照招标方负责工程师的要求进行安装。本次二次配管工事的动力源种类包括Power电力、PW纯水（Pure Water主要供Local Scrubber和酸液排放稀释）、PV工艺真空、BA呼吸空气、Exhaust工艺排气、Natural gas天然气、Chemical化学品、UPW超纯水、Drain生产排水/排液以及上述工作涉及到的相关工作（包括但不限于内装、支吊架、管架、桥架等）。承包商安装完成机台上述动力源所有管线、各动力源立上，必须保证各种动力源供给均满足设备正常运行的指标要求，包括但不限于日后运行阶段的供给质量。

投标人应具备的资格或业绩:1）投标人或投标联合体中的一方必须具有3个及以上12英寸半导体工厂的动力二次配管项目经验，至少有一项为28纳米以下业绩。并提供销售合同或其他证明文件予以证明。（列举主要项目名称）One of the parties of the tender should have relevant design experience and mass production in three or more of 12 inch semiconductor technology’s Hook up for which the technology node is 28nm. （List the main project name）（2）投标人或投标联合体中的一方必须通过ISO9001认证或同等质量管理认证资质。（提供证明）One of the parties of the tender of the tender should have obtained the authentication of ISO9001 Quality Management System. or equivalent quality management certification（please supply proof of documents）（3） 投标人或投标联合体至少有一方过去3年的年平均营业额不能低于4000万人民币。（提供证明）The average revenue over the past 3 years of the bidder or at least one of the bidder party is not less than 40 million(please supply proof of documents)（4）投标人或者投标联合体中负责施工的一方必须具有以下证书（提供证明）The bidder or the party who is responsible for the construction in the Consortium should have the following certification (please supply proof of documents)建筑机电安装工程专业承包 一级或以上A-level or above qualification as specialized contractor of machinery equipment installation project具备《施工企业安全生产许可证》Hold the "Safety Production License"（5）投标人需要按照技术指定的品牌要求和格式提交主要设备、材料的制造商授权和承诺函。The bidder shall provide manufacturer's authorization of the major equipment and materials, as well as commitment letter in accordance with the technical requirements of the brand and format（6）法律、行政法规规定的其他条件。Other conditions as prescribed by laws and administrative regulations.
