投标人应具备的资格或业绩:1）投标人必须具有至少2个12英寸半导体制造厂家光刻机独立基础（foundation）建设经验并提供国内外12英寸半导体光刻机独立基础（foundation）建设项目的销售合同或其他证明文件（列举主要项目名称）。The bidder should have relevant construction experience at least two of 12 inch integrated circuit manufacturer’s lithography machine Foundation.（List the main project name and proof of documents）（2）投标人过去3年的年平均营业额不能低于3000万人民币。（请提供证明）The average revenue over the past 3 years of the bidder is not less than CNY 30 million (please supply proof of documents)（3）投标人应按招标人提出的系统配置要求提供完整的系统设计安装方案，并详细列出所有系统配置产品的型号。The bidder shall provide complete system design and installation plan according to the requirements of the tenderer, as well as list the models of all system products in detail.（4）法律、行政法规规定的其他条件。Other conditions as prescribed by laws and administrative regulations.（5）本次独立基础招标分成两个包件，投标人可以就两个包件进行投标，投标人在两个包件的报价中不得使用不平衡报价。This foundation bidding is divided into two packages. Bidders can bid on two packages. Bidders are not allowed to use unbalanced quotation in the quotation of two packages.注：本次招标不接受联合体投标。/Joint Bids isn’t Available.
