投标人应具备的资格或业绩:1）投标人或联合体中的一方必须具有3个及以上12英寸半导体工厂设备侧的二次配管项目经验，至少有一项为28纳米以下业绩。并提供销售合同或其他证明文件予以证明。（列举主要项目名称）One party in the consortium must have experience in Hook up projects on the equipment side of three or more 12 inch semiconductor factories, with at least one achievement below 28 nanometers. And provide sales contracts or other supporting documents as proof. (List the main project names)2）投标人或联合体中的一方必须通过ISO9001认证或同等质量管理认证资质。（提供证明）One party in the consortium must have obtained ISO9001 certification or equivalent quality management certification qualifications.（please supply proof of documents）3）投标人或联合体至少有一方过去3年的年平均营业额不能低于4000万人民币。（提供证明）At least one party of the consortium shall have an average annual revenue of no less than 40 million RMB in the past three years.
